Citrix Access Gateway
The Citrix Access Gateway is an appliance that provides secure remote access to your applications from anywhere on the internet. It can provide a secure virtual desktop via VPN SSL. SmartAccess(tm) technology allows access control management and policy creation per user identity and per endpoint configuration and device type. A user might be granted full access from a remote PC, or restricted access from a public kiosk to ensure protection of enterprise data.
Options Tailored to Need
- Standard Edition - fewer than 500 concurrent users
- Advanced Edition - fewer than 500 concurrent users and SmartAccess(tm) policy deployment to automatically confer privilege scope appropriate to the user's remote device
- Enterprise Edition - disaster recovery and SmartAccess(tm), scalable, unlimited concurrent users
Combine with XenApp
When used with XenApp, SmartAccess allows fined tuned control over Windows applications provided via XenApp for security. It is a cost effective way to provide Secure Gateway capabilities.
